Stevie Shepherd

Agent

Born in Asheville, NC, and raised in Harrodsburg since the age of three, Stevie Shepherd is proud to call Central Kentucky home. Her love for the small-town community inspires her passion for helping others find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home.

Stevie earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Communications and has a passion for marketing. As a former college softball player, she carries the same dedication, teamwork, and determination that shaped her on the field into the way she serves her clients.

After spending her freshman year of college in Florida, Stevie aspires to become dual-licensed in Kentucky and Florida, pursuing opportunities in luxury and investment real estate.

For her, real estate is about more
than a transaction, it’s about relationships, new beginnings, and being a small part of some of life’s biggest moments. Becoming a Realtor has always been a dream of Stevie’s, and she’s excited to now help others turn their real estate dreams into reality, too!
